Before signing onto NerdLeaf, or registering on the forum, you must agree to the follow the guidelines listed below. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in being banned from the chat server, forum, or other service.

• Users must be at least 13 years of age to become a member of our community.
• Remain friendly and civil while posting messages and chatting.
• If you have been banned from the chat server do not attempt to reconnect repeatedly.
• Advertising of any form is not allowed.
• Any kind of "denial of service" attack is prohibited.
• Obey the administrators and other staff members.
• By signing onto the chat, you agree to be scanned for open proxies.
• Flooding is not allowed.
• Illegal activity is strictly forbidden.
• Sharing copyrighted material that you do not own the copyright to is forbidden.
• "War Scripts" are not allowed on the chat server.
• Adults found in teen forums or rooms are automatically banned and vice-versa.
• The use of proxies, vhosts, or anything else to conceal your IP is forbidden.
• Pornography is not tolerated, neither is racism, sexism, or anything else obscene.
• Do not use disgusting words, phrases or anything else when chatting in server rooms.
• We will never request your credit card information, your home address, or your phone number.
• We do not require you to give out the above information, and we warn you not to disclose any information of that sort to anyone on the chat server or forum.
• Anyone found threatening users is automatically banned.
• IRC "bots" are not allowed on the chat server.
• While we do allow mIRC, pretending to be connected from the JAVA client (spoofing) is not tolerated, ever.
• Idents and or fullnames may not contain advertisements, or links to other websites.
• Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in being banned from the chat.

Remember The Risks Whenever You Use The Internet

While we do our best to protect our users, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to NerdLeaf and you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords or other account information. In addition other Internet sites or services that may be accessible through NerdLeaf have separate data and privacy practices independent of us, and therefore we disclaim any responsibility or liability for their policies or actions.
